I write cowboy poetry. You can check out titles on the main page. In addition, I train my own horses: Dazz is my Quarter Horse mare and Gus, her son, is an Appaloosa gelding. I'm very serious about my poetry and training, but I have found over the years there is no one way to do anything. When I'm not writing or riding, I chase after my dogs and cats. I've been drawn back to the classroom as well; although I retired in 2016, I substitute at Armijo High School. My students complain they can't get rid of me. Sigh.
